Sandy K. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sandy started their career at Intellinex (formerly of Ernst & Young, LLP) in 2000 as a Contract Internal Trainer & Web-based Course Developer. Sandy then worked at Axentis (formerly of Complient, Corp.; then Wolters Kluwer) from 2001 to 2003 as a Human Resources & Training Manager. After that, they joined National Grid, GridAmerica LLC in 2003 and held various positions including Employee & Labor Relations Manager, Resourcing Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In 2011, they joined Tronox as a Senior Manager, Global Talent Management and went on to hold roles such as Global Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Manager-Americas, and Senior HRBP. Currently, they are the Director of Global Talent Management at Tronox.
Sandy K. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cleveland State University, which was obtained between 1999 and 2000. Prior to that, Sandy completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the same institution from 1996 to 1999, with dual majors in Business Economics and Management & Labor Relations.
