Scott Evon has accumulated extensive work experience in various IT leadership roles throughout their career. Scott'smost recent position is as the Vice President of IT Operations at Tronox, which they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SiriusXM for almost a decade, starting as a Director of Infrastructure Engineering and Operations in June 2012 and eventually becoming the Vice President of IT Infrastructure Engineering and Operations in February 2015. Before joining SiriusXM, Scott held leadership roles at Forbes Media, serving as the Vice President of Operations from February 2011 to June 2012 and as the Director of Technology Operations from February 2009 to March 2011. Scott also served as the Director of Enterprise Services at Sirius Satellite Radio from June 2005 to January 2009. Scott's earliest work experience includes roles at CCSU, where they served as the Interim Chief Information Officer from June 2004 to June 2005, and as the Director of Technical Services/Manager of Systems & Networking Services from April 1999 to June 2004. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, operations, infrastructure engineering, and technical services.
Scott Evon attended Central Connecticut State University from 1992 to 2001, where they earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the fields of MS-ITM and BS-MIS, respectively.
