Thomas Conwill

Thomas Conwill is an experienced professional with a strong background in business improvement and lean management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Improvement Coordinator at Tronox since May 2019, Thomas drives strategic business initiatives and is a member of the Global Lean Six Sigma Center of Excellence. Previous roles include Adjunct Workforce Development Trainer at Itawamba Community College, Manufacturing Operations Supervisor at 3M, and various positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company where Thomas excelled as a Global Lean Sigma Master Black Belt.
