Scott Horton

Scott Horton is a Founding Director at Troocoo and has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, particularly within the HR community in Queensland. Over the past fifteen years, Scott has successfully led various senior executive searches for CEO, CPO, CIO, CFO, CMO, and COO roles. Additionally, they co-founded the Troocoo Venture Fund in 2017 to invest in scalable technology start-ups. Scott was also a Founding Director of u&u, where they contributed to its recognition as one of Australia’s top 100 fastest growing organizations for five consecutive years. Their career includes significant roles at corporate giants such as Vodafone, Xerox, and Dun & Bradstreet.
