Matthew Luck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Bridge Engineer at USL Group, working on specialized bridge projects across the UK. After that, Matthew joined RSA and served as a Team Leader Coach, where they led a team of 17 individuals and resolved complex underwriting queries. Alongside their role at RSA, they also worked as a National Company Committee Member for Unite the Union, overseeing union operations for multiple sites.

In 2014, Matthew transitioned to Just Travel Cover, where they held multiple positions. As a Lead Data & Research Analyst, they provided analysis and forecasting for staffing levels and call volumes. Matthew then became a Sales Development Manager, responsible for sales performance improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, Matthew served as an HR Manager on secondment, where they implemented new policies and procedures, reduced office absence rates, and managed recruitment and performance management.

In 2017, Matthew joined npower as a Financial Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for financial analysis, performance management, and process improvement to reduce outstanding debt. Matthew then moved on to Pay As You Go Carpets as a Sales Operations Manager, where they managed call center operations, field sales teams, and customer service.

Currently, Matthew works as the Head of Human Resources and Facilities at Troocost.com, where they are responsible for overseeing HR functions and facility management.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in data analysis, and a commitment to achieving targets and improving overall performance.

Matthew Luck completed their secondary education at Farringdon Community School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their GCSE's. Additionally, they gained the certification of Cert Cii from The Chartered Insurance Institute in February 2017.
