Beth Sweeley

Beth Sweeley, SPHR, is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards at Troon, where they lead the Total Rewards function within the Human Resources team. With extensive experience in human resources management, Beth previously held leadership roles at organizations such as Vitalant, Be The Match/National Marrow Donor Program, and Corporate Benefit Services of America, Inc. They possess a strong background in Total Rewards strategy, compliance, and HR systems, particularly within the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Beth earned a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Communications from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, completing their studies in 1989.
