Jay Frank

Jay Frank, PGA, CMAA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Troon, overseeing the management of a private country club in Columbus, OH since November 2014. In addition, Jay Frank has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Talking Rock Club since November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Sidney Country Club - Links of North Dakota from March 2009 to November 2014, where management of two full-service golf facilities resulted in an 85% increase in sales over five seasons. Earlier career experience features a role as AGM and Director of Golf at Spurwing Country Club from 1999 to 2009, managing operations and golf course maintenance. Jay Frank holds a degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Montana, earned between 1983 and 1987.
