Jocelyn Guzman has extensive experience in data analytics and application development, currently serving as Vice President and previously as Director at Troon since November 2016. In these roles, Jocelyn spearheaded the development of Troon's first Business Intelligence tool and contributed to the establishment of the company's Data Warehouse. Jocelyn leads cross-functional projects utilizing advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to provide strategic insights and optimization opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Data & Analytics and Financial Data Analyst, where skills in data modeling, reporting systems, and financial data analysis were further developed. Before joining Troon, Jocelyn worked at Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Analyst, preparing actuarial data and conducting analyses. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Western Washington University.
