Helping founders scale smarter — without the full-time overhead.

troop provides fractional leadership to startups and early-stage businesses in high-growth mode. Whether you’re trying to bring order to chaos, unlock revenue growth, or align your team around a strategy that works — we plug in where it matters most.

We act as part-time, embedded leaders — like a fractional COO, CRO, CEO, or Chief of Staff — giving you the experience of senior talent without the long-term cost or commitment.

🚀 What We Do

Strategic planning (1, 3, and 5-year roadmaps)

Operational structure and reporting

Go-to-market and sales execution

Team alignment and OKRs

Culture design and leadership support

Non-executive board roles

We’re built for early-stage teams who need high-impact leadership but don’t yet have the scale (or budget) for a full-time exec.

💡 Why troop?
The name says it all: we move forward together. We're not external advisors — we roll up our sleeves and act as an extension of your team. We bring calm to chaos, clarity to complexity, and real operational momentum to your next stage of growth.
