Bridget Flaherty

Bridget Flaherty is an experienced professional in operations and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Primary Labs Operations at Primary Venture Partners since September 2023. Previously, Bridget has held various roles at TroopHR as a Troop Member since October 2022, and at Fractal Software from January 2021 to September 2023, where Bridget advanced from Talent Lead to Senior Talent Director. Prior experience includes recruitment positions at LeafLink, ACR Health, and Santa Clara University, where Bridget contributed as the Recruitment and Group Engagement Lead. In addition, Bridget gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation and project management expertise at Mile of Music. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Communications from Santa Clara University and further studies at the University of Cape Town in 2016.
