Michael Lally

Michael joined the TROSA staff after graduating from the TROSA program in 2013. Michael has held several management roles at TROSA and most recently served as TROSA Thrift Store’s Manager from 2015 to 2020. In his current role, Michael supervises several integral internal service departments, including their kitchen/culinary, warehouse, automotive, and in-kind donations departments. Michael is a widely experienced Hospitality, Food, and Beverage Manager. With more than 20 years in the industry and experience motivating and managing individuals and managers, he has a wealth of operational knowledge to pull from to support and mentor their residents.
