This SLA includes regular visits & Periodical checks of our System Manager in the Site on pre-determined dates as necessary, in order to detect & solve common frequent computer problems, supporting users through their emerging daily work flow. Our consistent service will deliver up-dated high-end solutions in order to keep the organization at the edge of technology.

We specialize at a high level in Microsoft environments - on local servers and cloud servers, AZURE and 365, AWS environments with specialization in Nimbus and information security with specialization in Fortinet solutions

As part of the SLA, the site will be maintained by our top level System Manager, capable of dealing and solving immediately all different stages of problems in all types of computerized environments. Our system manager will guide the users how to fully utilize the existing computerized systems on the site.
The service offered by TROT includes fluent care taking for prevention of problems and maximizing system performance, wasted disk space cleaning, memory management, and all technical and security improvements of all types.
