Robert Lee

Robert Lee is a seasoned immigration law practitioner with extensive experience in employment-based immigration. Currently serving as a Partner at Troutman Pepper since July 2020, Robert advises clients on immigration sponsorship requirements and effectively coordinates efforts between employers and foreign national applicants. Prior experience includes roles as Partner at Troutman Sanders LLP, Senior Attorney at Smith Gambrell Russell, and Attorney at The Kapoor Law Group, all focusing on immigration law. Robert's earlier career included contract attorney positions where responsibilities involved electronic discovery and case analysis, as well as teaching Media, Business and Law as an Adjunct Professor at The Art Institute of Atlanta. Robert holds a J.D. from the University of Washington and a BA in Sociology/Psychology from the University of Virginia.
