Robin Sumner

Robin Sumner is a partner at Troutman Pepper and a member of the Health Sciences Department. They focus their practice on antitrust/competition law, securities law, and complex civil litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation. Robin has significant experience litigating cases in the health care industry, particularly those involving antitrust laws and the False Claims Act. Prior to joining Troutman Pepper in 2020, Robin served as a partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP from 2007 to 2020 and at Dechert LLP from 2002 to 2007. Robin earned a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an AB in Comparative Literature from Brown University.
