Robin Lu

Robin Lu has over 19 years of work experience in finance and investment management. They most recently worked at Trovio Group as an Assistant Portfolio Manager starting in July 2022. Prior to that, Robin was with Pendal Group for 4 years as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Before joining Pendal Group, Robin worked at BT Investment Management for 10 years. They held various roles during their time at BT, including Assistant Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Analyst, and Performance Analyst.

Robin also gained experience at BNP Paribas Securities Services as a Performance Analyst for a year, and at Westpac Group as a Performance Analyst for a short period of time.

Their career started at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd as a Research Analyst, where they worked for 3 years. Overall, Robin has a strong background in portfolio management, performance analysis, and research.

Robin Lu's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University and earned a BSc degree in English, which was completed in 1999. Following this, Robin Lu went on to enroll at UNSW and pursued a BCom degree in Finance and International Business from 1999 to 2002. They continued their education at UNSW and completed an MCom degree in Funds Management from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, Robin Lu obtained certifications including the CFA from the CFA Institute in 2006 and "Learn to Lead with UNSW 2023" from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in June 2023.
