David Eiswert

David Eiswert is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and asset allocation. Currently, David serves as the Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the T. Rowe Price Global Stock Fund (PRGSX) and holds leadership roles as Co-Chair and member of various committees at T. Rowe Price, including the Asset Allocation Committee and International Steering Committee. David also advises the Abell Foundation Board of Trustees on asset allocation and public investments. Prior experience includes serving as a portfolio manager for the T. Rowe Price Global Technology Fund (PRGTX) and roles at Mellon Growth Advisors and Fidelity Investments, focusing on technology sector analysis. David holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
