Eric Gee

Eric Gee is an experienced human resources leader specializing in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of US Compensation & Benefits at T. Rowe Price since July 2017, Eric previously held the position of Vice President of US Compensation and Benefits at Genworth from March 2008 to July 2017, where Eric's responsibilities increased in complexity over time. Prior roles include Executive Compensation Leader at Genworth Financial and various positions at GE Financial Assurance, including Compensation Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University between 1993 and 1996.
