Matthew Leef

Matthew Leef is the Global Head of Middle Office at T. Rowe Price, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency and client service. Previously, they held senior positions at esteemed firms including HSBC Global Banking and Markets, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Bankers Trust, where they developed and managed trade and sales support teams while implementing key controls and regulatory compliance measures. Matthew has a solid background in finance, project management, and operations, and possesses expertise in derivatives processing, workflow automation, and operational risk management. They are currently pursuing education at the University at Albany, SUNY.
