Roger Young, CFP®, is the Thought Leadership Director at T. Rowe Price, where they provide insights on retirement and financial planning. Previously, they held various roles including Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, and Director of Investor Relations at Black & Decker. Roger's expertise spans financial planning, modeling, and communication, earning recognition in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. They also have a strong commitment to community service, having served on the board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland to promote financial literacy. Roger holds multiple degrees, including an MSIA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
