Stephon (Steph) Jackson, CFA, currently serves as the Head of T. Rowe Price Investment Management at T. Rowe Price, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Steph was the Associate Head of U.S. Equity at T. Rowe Price from 2020 to 2021 and held various leadership positions in equity research across Europe and North America. Their career began at NCM Capital as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Equity Research, and they were a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Brown Capital Management from 1997 to 2007. Steph earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
