Mark Amman

Mark Amman has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Mark served as the Director of Accounting & Finance at TRU-FLEX from January 2020 to present, where they have been responsible for overseeing financial operations. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Controller at TRU-FLEX from December 2015 to January 2020. Mark also worked as the GBS Accounting Team Lead-CDIY at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from February 2012 to December 2015. Before that, they served as the Division Controller at Nidec Motor Corporation, overseeing FP&A, forecasting, and OPS finance. Mark also led a global general accounting shared service team and performed financial analysis for Mexican automotive and motor plants. Mark's earlier experience includes roles as Division Controller and Plant Controller at Emerson Electric Co., where they coordinated FP&A processes, directed OPS finance processes, and led financial activities for a $50M plant. Mark also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst-FP&A, where they coordinated the completion of financial plans and implemented new monthly analysis tools.

Mark then pursued further education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
