Liam Tighe

Liam Tighe is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in design and development within the engineering field. Currently employed at TRU Simulation + Training since August 2021, Liam previously worked as an R&D Engineer and Mechanical Designer at Industrial Brush Corporation from August 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included designing manufacturing machines using SolidWorks, conducting material research, and performing quality control. Prior to that role, Liam gained experience as a Mechanical Draftsman at Sensidyne, focusing on CAD drawings and database management. Early career experience includes managing a team as Night Manager for the University of South Florida Student Government. Liam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, obtained in 2016, and completed the International Baccalaureate program at the same institution in 2012.
