Michael S. has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the aviation industry. Michael is currently the Sales Director EMEA at TRU Simulation + Training, where they lead sales efforts in the EMEA market. Prior to this, they served as the Global Sales and Strategy Director at Bell Flight, overseeing rotary training for Bell Aircraft types. Michael also held the position of Aircraft Sales Director at Fly MillionAir. In addition, Michael has experience as a Corporate Pilot Contract at RJS AP and as a Regional Sales Manager at CAE. Michael has also worked as the Head of Sales at Serco, the Global Business Development Manager EMEA at Gael Ltd, and a Commercial Manager Asset Finance at Barclays. Throughout their career, they have taken on diverse responsibilities such as sales, strategy, training, and contract piloting. Michael's expertise spans both fixed and rotary wing aircraft, as well as flight simulators and maintenance training.

Michael S. completed their education at various institutions and received several certifications. In 1997, they attended Mortimer Comprehensive, where they studied English, Physics, Maths, and Business Management. From 2003 to 2006, Michael pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at London Metropolitan University. During this time, they also completed ATPL theory training at Bristol Groundschool from 2004 to 2006. In 2007 and 2008, Michael attended Gestair Flying Academy to obtain an FATPL degree in Flight School ATPL. In 2016 and 2017, they furthered their education in Wealth Management at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) and earned a DipPFS degree. Additionally, Michael obtained certifications in Corporate Negotiations Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in November 2014. Michael also holds an EASA ATPL certification and completed training programs in Huthwaite Developing Key Accounts and Huthwaite SPIN SALES offered by Huthwaite International.
