Tom Caughlin

Tom Caughlin is the President and Chief Investment Officer at Jones Capital, where they facilitate the strategic direction and growth of the portfolio companies while directing new investment opportunities. They earned a BBA in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Rice University, where they were recognized as a Jones Scholar. Tom began their career at Amegy Bank, later becoming a Principal at The CapStreet Group and serving on the boards of various organizations, including Ontellus and Gulf Stream Marine. Currently, Tom is a board member for several companies and balances work with family time spent with three children, as well as enjoying reading, cooking, waterfowl hunting, and golf.
