Chad Howell

Chad Howell has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Beginning in 2006, they worked as a Senior Application Systems Analyst at PHI Inc. In 2008, they joined Ochsner Clinic Foundation as a Manager of IS Development, where they played a crucial role in maintaining and migrating EMR systems. In 2008, Chad joined Paradigm Safety Integration as a Partner, CIO, Product Engineer, and Sales professional, contributing to the creation of a technology-based safety and wellness program. Chad then co-founded Performance Labs in 2013, where they served as a Partner, CIO, and Product Engineer, overseeing the design and continuous improvement of a laboratory information management software. Chad also worked concurrently at Trinity LIMS, where they held multiple roles, including Partner, Lead Product Manager, Developer, and Sales professional, developing an end-to-end Laboratory Information Management System. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Partner, Lead Product Manager, and Sales professional at NextPhazeMD, leading the implementation and marketing strategy of a software solution for medical assessments. In 2017, Chad joined TechPro as a Technical Solutions Consultant and also began working at Pathway Diagnostics as a Chief Technical Consultant, overseeing IT directives and successfully completing a migration initiative. Most recently, they joined TRUCE Software in 2018 as the VP of Product Management. Throughout their career, Chad has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead, develop custom software solutions, drive continuous process improvement, and meet business objectives.

Chad Howell attended Fontainebleau High School from 1995 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study information is available. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1999 to 2004.
