Joseph Boyle

Joseph Boyle has extensive experience in various roles in the technology and software industry. Joseph joined TRUCE Software in 2018 as the CEO, leading the company in developing a new vision for the workplace that balances the benefits of technology with the need for focus and productivity.

Before joining TRUCE Software, Joseph worked as an investor at Polaris Ventures starting in 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Vice President at Fleetmatics from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they had global responsibility for revenue and customer base, as well as leading the start-up SBU, Fleetmatics Work. Joseph was also a member of the senior leadership team that drove the company to a successful IPO and record growth.

Joseph's earlier career includes progressive sales and sales leadership roles at GXS, where they eventually became the Director of global field operations for Inovis, following the merger of the two companies. Joseph also held various director-level positions at Inovis, including director of global field operations, director of global solutions consulting, and GM/director of global professional services.

Before joining Inovis, Joseph worked as a senior account executive at Inovis, Peregrine Systems, and Harbinger Corp. Joseph achieved a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and expanding the customer base, being recognized as Account Executive of the Year twice.

Through their diverse work experiences, Joseph Boyle has developed strong leadership, sales, and strategic skills within the technology and software industry.

Joseph Boyle has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a BBA from Kennesaw State University, where they focused on Management and Information Systems with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Creativity.
