Raghu Dodda

Raghu Dodda has a solid background in software engineering and leadership roles. Raghu began their career as a Software Engineer at the California Institute of Technology, where they conducted research and built software to assist in the detection of gravitational waves. Raghu then moved on to Southeastern Louisiana University, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Research Assistant, maintaining software for nuclear fusion simulation and creating visualizations of plasma flow.

In 2006, Raghu joined BearingPoint as a Senior Software Engineer, leading a team of consulting engineers to solve various problems in industries such as risk and governance, international taxation, and financial risk management. Raghu later joined Amedisys in 2009 as a Software Engineering Manager, where they headed the development of award-winning home health care applications and received recognition for an innovative product that automated physician interaction with home health care.

Currently, Raghu is the VP of Engineering at TRUCE Software, where they lead the software engineering group in building a product that protects against distractions caused by mobile devices. Their responsibilities include scaling systems, people, and culture without bureaucracy. Raghu has expertise in technologies such as AWS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Microservices.

Raghu Dodda studied at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Computer Science.
