Mitchy R has been working in the business and IT solutions industry since 2021, when they began working as the Chief Operations Officer for Minbits (Mindanao Business and IT Solutions) Corp. Prior to this, they were the Owner of YME COMMUNICATION SERVICES from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, Mitchy R held two Account Executive roles at Trucker Path. They also worked as a Marketting Specialist at a BPO Comapany or any Marketting Company from 2013 to 2018. Finally, from 2012 to 2013, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at payeasy-solution.

Mitchy R obtained a BS Tourism degree from the University of Perpetual Help - GMA Campus in 2006. Mitchy also received a Top Agent Performer certification from Company Awardee and Recognition in July 2015.
