Joseph A. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at truCrowd, Inc, an equity crowdfunding portal. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager-Brand Partner at ZenDelivery Corporate. Joseph also has experience as the Executive Director & Co-Founder of DreamLoad Ventures, a multi-national NGO supporting women startups and social impact initiatives. Joseph has been a Co-Mentor at William Factory Small Business Incubator, where they worked with entrepreneurs on business strategy. Joseph served as a Legal Recruiter at Harvard in Tech Seattle and as LA City Leader & Host/Business Development Manager at Founders Live. Joseph was the Chief of Staff at DiversityComm, where they executed critical and strategic missions on behalf of the CEO's office. Joseph also worked as the Middle Eastern Regional Head/Marketing Specialist at Flatfee Corp. Joseph started their career as a Legal Assistant at Law and Mediation, Alicia khoo Esq and as a Capital Murder Defense Intern at Myers & Myers Law Firm, where they gained experience in legal research and case management.

Joseph A. began their education at Homewood High School, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma between 2005 and 2009. Joseph then went on to Jefferson State Community College, earning an Associate's Degree in Business from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in History from 2013 to 2015.

In 2016, Joseph enrolled at the Birmingham School of Law, where they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Joseph completed this program in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph obtained certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED for a period of two years from the American Red Cross in November 2013.
