Insurance claims sit at the intersection of complex policy logic, regulatory oversight and operational scale. While automation is increasingly necessary, most AI-first approaches introduce opacity, risk and governance challenges that regulated insurers cannot accept.

True Aim takes a different approach. We apply policy logic transparently and consistently, ensuring every outcome can be reviewed, traced and explained. Our platform combines deterministic decisioning with carefully governed AI to support automation without black boxes.

The company was spun out of Yarowa AG, a Swiss InsurTech platform with deep roots in the insurance industry and years of experience operating core insurance workflows in production. This foundation brings real-world domain depth and an understanding of how claims actually work inside regulated organisations.True Aim’s technology is further developed through applied research supported by Innosuisse, Switzerland’s national innovation agency, in

collaboration with ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. This work focuses on regulation-ready, neuro-symbolic AI designed for transparency, auditability and enterprise deployment.
