The vision, policies and practices of T&F have been critically reviewed and approved by Advisory Boards composed of eminent audit and finance professionals. 
Leveraging on our collective experience we have designed a set of policies and practices for audit firms to benefit from our technical expertise.
We have the skills and scale to serve audit firms (both established and formative), upcoming chartered accountants, Regulators and corporates - while remaining agile and personal in our approach.

V. Balaji is the Founder and Managing Partner of this firm. He has more than 28 years post qualification experience in accounting and audit. He has served audits in a diverse range of industries. In his career, Balaji has held leadership positions such as Head of Inspections, Head of Risk, Head of Audit Quality and Regulatory Leader in one of India’s largest audit firms. Balaji has been a member of the various Committees of ICAI and has co-authored various publication of the ICAI. He has also been a member of various study groups constituted by the ICAI to evaluate and address issues which were being considered for amendments by the ICAI.
