Max Brown is the founder of Silicon Beach Talent, an executive search firm established in 2015 that specializes in leadership searches for disruptive technology companies. They have played a pivotal role in the growth of over 40 startups, guiding them from early stages to successful exits. Prior to this venture, Max was a recruiting leader at Tesla Motors, overseeing a team of 18 in hardware engineering recruitment, and had earlier roles at Aerotek focusing on technical recruiting for the automotive and aerospace sectors. In addition to their leadership at Silicon Beach Talent, Max currently serves as a retained search partner for various companies, including Cerebras Systems and Anduril Industries, and holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and in Economics from San Jose State University.
