Archana Karnam

Archana Karnam began their work experience as a Summer Intern at Vodafone India in 2013. Archana then joined Bharti Airtel in 2014 as an Assistant Manager for DTH Services, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they joined Mars in 2016 as an Area Sales Associate and later became a Senior Area Sales Associate from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Archana joined Bira 91 as Sales Excellence and worked until 2023 when they became a Category Manager at True Elements.

Archana Karnam completed their postgraduate diploma in marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a focus on mathematics, electronics, and computer science from St. Francis College for Women, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.

In their earlier education, Archana attended Narayana Junior College in India from 2007 to 2009, and before that, they completed their school education at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan from 1997 to 2007, although specific degrees or fields of study are not mentioned for these periods.

In terms of additional certifications, Archana obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills from Bira 91 in August 2020. Archana also completed a certification in Psychology from St. Francis College for Women in July 2011.
