True Fulcrum is a fractional marketing and revenue operations consultancy for mid-market, PE-backed, and growth-stage companies that need senior marketing leadership — without the full-time overhead.

I embed with CROs, CMOs, and founders as their executional marketing partner: building demand generation engines, standing up HubSpot infrastructure, and deploying AI-powered systems that scale without scaling headcount.

What I've delivered:

In 3 years at a 200-location, Blackstone-backed portfolio company — starting with zero infrastructure — we built the full stack from scratch and produced:

• 127,000+ leads generated | 47% YoY lead growth two years running
• +188% unit sales growth and 83% YoY home sales growth in the final year
• +1,221% growth on a rental-to-ownership program that became the company's #1 sales channel — going from nothing to 29.7% of all sales
• 1.35M website sessions, 66% SQL growth, and 226% organic search increase
• Recognized with the 2025 "Trusted to Transform" award — nominated by both C-suite and anonymous peers

How I engage:
Fractional retainers — typically 10–20 hrs/week, 3–6 month minimums. You get a senior operator embedded in your revenue motion, not an agency handing off decks.

The best lead gen channel is often already in your database. The difference is having the strategy, the system, and someone to run it.
