Michael Reda

Michael Reda is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in food and beverage procurement, particularly within the seafood category. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at True Grade since November 2021, Michael previously held roles at Royal Caribbean Group, progressing from Senior Buyer to Lead Buyer, where responsibilities included managing an $80M+ seafood category, negotiating price agreements, and developing procurement strategies for lobster supply. Michael's background also includes positions as a Temporary Research Analyst at Fieldstone Innovations and a Trading and Sales Assistant at Rothfos Corporation, as well as an internship at Rothfos Corporation. Michael earned a degree in Agribusiness Management with a focus on Agricultural Economics and International Business from Penn State University.
