True Group is Singapore's largest fitness and wellness groups with businesses in Fitness and Yoga. Established in late 2004, this Singapore company is present in Singapore via three brands namely: True Fitness (with True Yoga as a sub-brand), TFX and Yoga Edition. Its brands provide fitness and yoga facilities and exercise programmes, with its Yoga Edition and True Yoga brands specialising in Yoga.

True Fitness and TFX offer state-of-the-art gyms with strength, cardio and functional training equipment; obstacle training zones; personal training; a wide range of facilities; large and small group exercise classes including cycling, yoga, dance, HIIT and more. True Group's TFX brand offers a wide array of carefully curated fitness equipment from the world over and a variety of workout experiences that differs between clubs - merging boutique with big-box gym concepts.

The group’s premium Yoga Edition brand complements its True Yoga offering, and both brands provide an exclusive and authentic yoga experience with professional yoga teachers from the world over teaching classes and personal training for all levels.

True Group’s success is proof that young Asian fitness brands can make a mark in markets that tend to be dominated by large international brands. True Group seeks to expand our reach in the markets we operate in, and in new markets. We aim to be the best in the business offering value for money services and cutting edge fitness experiences.
