True Manna Life is a holistic lifestyle portal, regenerative farm, and conscious community ecosystem rooted in the Chama Valley of northern New Mexico and founded by Manna Flow.
At Manna Valley Holistic Farm, we operate at the intersection of ancient wisdom, living faith, and land-based wellness — offering handcrafted natural products, somatic healing, herbal medicine, and a curated marketplace of natural local products and art for the new earth.

What we do:
We make Goat milk and tallow artisan soaps, raw honey, sacred anointing oils drawn from the Ethiopian biblical tradition, herbal tinctures and remedies wildcrafted from the land, and goat milk cosmetics — all by hand, in small batches, from ingredients the earth would recognize.

We offer Sacred Return™ — a 12-week private somatic mentorship for women ready to heal at the level of the nervous system — integrating EFT, Qi Gong, New German Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Hebrew covenant wisdom.

We curate a local maker marketplace featuring our original products and other local makers and artisans of the Chama Valley and northern New Mexico — alongside natural products and longevity tools that support genuine human flourishing.

We are building a covenant community template for the new earth — rooted in common wealth, individual sovereignty, regenerative land stewardship, and direct living faith outside institutional religion.

Who we are for:
The woman who is done with systems and ready to come home. The neighbor who wants to buy real things from real hands. The seeker who followed the sacred thread all the way here.

Our mission:
To demonstrate that there is a way of life rooted in the earth, grounded in spirit, and built for the long term and integration of the Mind Body and Soul is crucial to live a fruitful life in presence of God YHWH almighty.

Come home to the earth and to yourself.
