Joost Blom

Joost Blom began their work experience in 2012 with internships at various physiotherapy clinics. Joost then worked as a facilitair medewerker at ISZ De Brug from 2007 to 2016. In 2012, they also interned at Fysiotherapie Galecop and Fysiotherapie Elsinga & Meijer. From 2012 to 2015, Joost Blom worked as a medewerker at Fysio World Amsterdam. In 2015, they started working as a student assistant at the AMC - Academic Medical Center, where they held two different roles until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Joost Blom worked as an implementatieconsultant at Furore. Joost then joined EY in 2018 as a consultant in the Technology Consulting - Health Care division. Over the years, they progressed to the role of Senior Consultant in 2020 and then Manager in 2022. Currently, Joost Blom holds the position of Head of Transformation at True B.V., starting in 2023.

Joost Blom's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from THIM Hogeschool voor Fysiotherapie, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Joost also pursued a Master's Degree in Medical Informatics, completing a Pre-Master program in the same field at the University of Amsterdam from 2013 to 2014. Joost then continued their studies at the University of Amsterdam, where they obtained their Master's Degree in Medical Informatics from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Joost Blom has obtained several certifications. Joost obtained the IT CMF - Associate certification from the Innovation Value Institute in February 2020. Prior to that, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in November 2019.
