Raphaël Bussink

Raphaël Bussink has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Raphaël began their career in 2003 as a Mechanic at S.C.S. Waterland, where they built new systems, troubleshooted hardware and software issues, and performed maintenance on customer desktops.

In 2005, they worked as a Network Engineer at Kenniscentrum Alkmaar, where they were responsible for multiple grade schools. Raphaël upgraded the network infrastructure, servers, and workstations.

At Maandag®, Raphaël worked as a Helpdesk employee from 2006 to 2007. Raphaël registered and resolved reported incidents while also taking on additional tasks due to the small IT department.

From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Senior Helpdesk at HappyCustomers, providing support and working on customer projects for Capgemini.

Raphaël joined Capgemini in 2007 as a Sr 2nd Line Service Desk/Dispatcher. Raphaël was responsible for solving tickets reported by the 1st line helpdesk, handling escalations, and addressing companywide problems.

At WideXS, they worked as a Windows Engineer from 2008 to 2012. Raphaël managed Windows-based systems and platforms, handled escalations and migrations, and performed daily maintenance on Windows servers.

Raphaël returned to True B.V. in 2012 as a Sr. Windows Engineer, handling all aspects of the Windows platform. Their responsibilities included designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for customer platforms and ensuring quality control.

In 2018, Raphaël joined Schuberg Philis as a Mission Critical Engineer, where they worked until 2020.

Currently, they hold the position of Manager Public Cloud at True B.V. since 2020. Raphaël is responsible for the management of public cloud platforms. In 2022, their role transitioned to Manager Security, where they focus on security-related matters.
