About True North Circle

True North Circle is a mentoring-led community for people navigating midlife and beyond who want clarity, connection, and a sense of direction for what comes next.

Founded by Lisa Harper, True North Circle grew as the natural evolution of Find Your Tribe Club. As conversations deepened and questions became more intentional, the work expanded from connection alone into purposeful reinvention.

This is a space for people who sense a shift.
In their work. Their leadership. Their identity. Or their life as a whole.

At the heart of True North Circle is Storm to Shore™, a reflective change framework grounded in a simple truth: most people experience storms in life and often can’t see the shore for the waves.

Through mentoring, peer circles, and facilitated conversations, we support individuals and leaders to:

Navigate uncertainty with honesty and compassion

Understand where they are now and what no longer fits

Briefly set down anchor to regain safety, grounding, and belonging

Move toward calmer waters with clarity, confidence, and intention

True North Circle is not networking and it isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching. It is people-first work rooted in lived experience, emotional intelligence, and real conversation.

Our community is guided by four values:
Connectivity. Collaboration. Camaraderie. Community.

We believe people don’t grow in isolation.
They grow in circles, through shared wisdom, thoughtful dialogue, and mutual support.

We work with business owners, entrepreneurs, HR professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating life change, career reinvention, leadership transition, bereavement, separation, or identity shifts.

True North Circle exists to support freedom with intention.
The freedom to choose how you live, lead, work, and contribute in the next chapter.

Follow the page to join the conversation and explore what’s possible when you move forward with purpose.
