Caitlin Iseler is a seasoned professional in executive search and human capital management with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Podcast Host at Happy At Work and Practice Leader, Managing Director Software Technology at Diversified Search Group, Caitlin also holds positions as Board Chair and investor at Happyly and previously worked as Chief People Officer, Founder, and CEO. Prior roles include Executive Search Consultant at Korn Ferry, Vice President at Bespoke Partners, and Vice President of Human Capital Management at Xcelerate Solutions, among others. Caitlin co-founded Champion Recruiting and was instrumental in its acquisition by Aronson Company.
