With a deep passion for connecting people through technology, Phil focuses on Head-level searches for Technology and Commercial roles. His industry specialties are Gaming & Esports, Ad Tech, and Enterprise SaaS.

Prior to joining True, Phil helped launch several startups in Asia and consulted in marketing, product/UX, and go-to-market. He started his search career at RGF Executive Search in Singapore while also driving their Southeast Asia transformation initiative.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College after studying management & business, computer science, and design. He’s based in Singapore and enjoys family time, fresh mountain air, barbecues, and gaming.
