Porter Braswell is an accomplished entrepreneur and advocate for diversity in the professional landscape. As the Founder and CEO of 2045 Studio, Braswell leads a curated network for professionals of color. As Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Jopwell, a career advancement platform for underrepresented groups, Braswell has significantly impacted diversity recruitment. In addition to founding Jodie AI, an AI-powered personal learning assistant for inclusive leadership, Braswell serves as a trustee at The Lawrenceville School and is a board member of DREAM, which supports youth development in East Harlem. Braswell also hosts "Race at Work" for Harvard Business Review, has authored key publications on leveraging diversity, and invests in startups through First Round Capital. An alum of Yale University, Braswell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
