Sean Lee

Sean Lee is the Managing Director and Head of Asia at True, where they advise a range of organizations in building effective leadership teams globally. Previously, they were the Head of Executive Search & HR Business Partner at Blue Shield of California, leading talent management initiatives for a $20+ billion enterprise. Sean has also served as Managing Director at Diversified Search and held various roles at Infor and SSA Global, focusing on executive search and human capital consulting. They are currently involved as an industry mentor for NSF-funded entrepreneurs. Sean holds a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
