Aimee Milner is currently the Group Head of Complaints at True Potential LLP, where they lead the complaints function with a people-first approach. Aimee has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, previously holding roles at Monzo Bank, including FOS & Support Expert and Complaints Team Manager. They also worked as a Customer Relations Consultant at BGL Group from 2011 to 2021. Aimee pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at The Open University and is currently studying A Level English Language at Sunderland College.
