Gemma Proctor

Gemma Proctor is currently the Head of People Operations at True Potential LLP, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Senior People Business Partner at Quotient Sciences from 2023 to 2025 and held various roles in human resources, including Head of Human Resources at Pharmaron and Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Gemma began their career as a Workforce Development Administrator at the North Of England Microelectronics Institute Ltd. and has since accumulated significant experience in HR roles, including positions at Inside Secure and Atmel.
