Liam Heale

Liam Heale has been with True Potential LLP since July 2013, progressing from an Information Technology Apprentice to the Head of Client Facing Development. In this role, Liam oversees the IT function for the True Potential Group, which includes infrastructure, applications, IT service management, telephony solutions, security, account management, and help desk support. Prior to this, Liam was part of a small IT support team, handling a diverse range of IT responsibilities. Liam holds an Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Professional Computing for IT & Telecoms Professionals, achieved during the apprenticeship at True Potential. Earlier work experience includes a part-time position as a Sales Assistant at Tucci from September 2011 to June 2013.
