At TSF, we believe that living authentically is not a privilege; it's a right.
We take action with care, intention, and in community. We strengthen LGBT+ communities in Puerto Rico, through programs focused on:

Health | Gender-affirming care, mental health support, and transition services
Education | Scholarships and leadership development for LGBT+ individuals
Employment | Seed funding, entrepreneurship, and pathways to dignified work
Policy & Research | Community-centered data and public advocacy
Emergency Response | Immediate crisis support for LGBT+ individuals

Our impact: thousands of people have received direct support, and hundreds of thousands of dollars have been invested in initiatives that promote sustainable well-being in health, education, employment, and human rights.
