True Studies and Training is an independent intellectual platform and training centre specialising in the analysis of various political issues with a focus on security and Defence issues, energy and environment files, political theory and economics.
The Centre combines academic research and practical application through the preparation of in-depth studies, and the organisation of training courses and capacity-building programs targeting youth, researchers, and decision-makers, in order to enhance understanding and awareness of regional and international transformations and qualify to face them effectively.

The Centre pays great attention to enhancing public awareness, community awareness and public culture, consolidating human values, citizenship values, democracy and the culture of dialogue, in addition to supporting the status of women in Egyptian society, and raising the role of youth as the real asset and the main pillar for building the Egyptian state and its future.

مركز "ترو للدراسات والتدريب" هو منصة فكرية ومركز تدريبي مستقل متخصص في تحليل القضايا السياسية المختلفة مع التركيز على قضايا الأمن والدفاع، وملفات الطاقة والبيئة، والنظرية السياسية والاقتصاد. 
يجمع المركز بين البحث الأكاديمي والتطبيق العملي عبر إعداد دراسات معمقة، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية وبرامج لبناء القدرات تستهدف الشباب، والباحثين ، وصُنّاع القرار، بما يعزز الفهم والإدراك بالتحولات الإقليمية والدولية ويؤهل لمواجهتها بفاعلية.
يولي المركز اهتمامًا بالغًا بتعزيز الوعي العام والإدراك المجتمعي والثقافة العامة، وترسيخ القيم الإنسانية وقيم المواطنة والديمقراطية وثقافة الحوار، إلى جانب دعم مكانة المرأة في المجتمع المصري، وإعلاء دور الشباب باعتبارهم الرصيد الحقيقي والركيزة الأساسية لبناء الدولة المصرية ومستقبلها.
