Patchamon Thianpattaranun

Patchamon Thianpattaranun is a well-rounded people practitioner with extensive experience in HR strategy, systems, and policy. They began their career with internships at the Bank of Thailand and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where they developed significant analytical skills. As an associate consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group, they specialized in reward strategy, job evaluation, and organizational design. Patchamon has held leadership roles, including as Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson, and is currently the Head of People & Organization Strategy at True Corporation. They earned a Master of Art in Applied Economic Policies from Osaka University and a Bachelor of Economics in International Economics from Chulalongkorn Mahawitthayalai.
